JSUMO JS4030 Rubber Wheel Pair (40mmx30mm)

Firmer rubber wheel for heavier robots and higher-load applications. At 64 Shore A, this is a much harder compound than the soft (~20 Shore A) silicone used on our mini sumo wheel lines — a deliberate tradeoff, not a downgrade: harder rubber resists squirm and deformation under heavier loads and higher torque, at the cost of the ultra-soft tackiness that maximizes grip on a lightweight bot.

Where this fits: heavier line followers, larger wheeled robots, or any build where the soft ~20 Shore silicone mini sumo tires would deform or roll under load rather than grip. Not the first choice for a 500g mini sumo bot — for that class, softer compound and a longer contact patch (see our JS2622/SLT20 silicone lines) will outgrip this wheel every time.
